Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Orders of 3 or more of the same item will be cancelled.
Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

We are not responsible for wrong/insufficient addresses. Your order will most likely get returned to us in this case. If this occurs, we can ship it again but another label will need to be paid for. If items get lost in the return, you will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.

Shipping and billing address must match for security reasons. Delivery cannot be changed or combined at any time. Orders cannot be cancelled.

*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
